E-mail

Phishing: Email is used by fraudsters seeking to steal your user name and passwords. These may be your bank password or your ecommerce password. Once they have it they will access your accounts and steal your money or buy goods and services in your name. This is called "phishing." Viruses: Viruses are oftentimes spread via e-mail. Once a virus has infected your computer, many of them transmit copies of themselves to all of the names in your e-mail address book.
